Out Of Stock Policy
Our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day due to sales demand and incoming stock from our manufacturers. If the item is identified as “Out-Of- Stock”, we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we receive it and most items can be delivered in 2 weeks.
Even though the item you ordered is not identified as “Out-Of-Stock” does not mean that it will be in stock at the exact moment you place the order. We will first try to contact you by email to notify you of the “Out-Of-Stock” status; after 3 days we will try to contact you via the phone number(s) you gave during the order process.
