
At SMOKEY MOUNTAIN LEATHERS we stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, then simply ship it back to us according to the directions below for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping/insurance).
NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED DUE TO STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS! For hygiene reasons the returned product must not be worn or used, so Underwear and Intimate items removed from the package cannot be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience.
You have a full 30 days, from the date of invoice, to Return/Exchange any product purchased from Smokey Mountain Leathers.
Fill out Return/Exchange Form that came in your
package with the following information:
- List the item(s) that you are returning/exchanging.
- Note the reason for the exchange.
- If you are exchanging let us know what you would like to replace the item with.
(Example different size, model number or color).
- We recommend that returns/exchanges be sent via UPS Ground including Insurance. Please
keep the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for lost shipments.
- We offer one exchange per order at no cost, remaining exchange(s) incur a 25% Restocking Fee

Canceled Orders
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, then you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you, back to us and a 10% cancellation fee to cover the credit card fees that accompany each transaction. If your payment was made by check or money order, then we will gladly refund 100% minus the shipping charges to you. You are still responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us. If you cancel an order prior to it shipping out, then you will be refunded the total charge minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover the credit card fees that accompany each transaction.
Returned or Canceled Orders must be returned with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Please be sure they are placed back in the package to avoid wrinkling. We cannot accept products back without the original tags attached. We need to be able to resell the returned items and if there are no tags attached we cannot resell as a new item.

Guarantee Policy
Here at Smokey Mountain Leathers we work hard to ensure your satisfaction, but there are times when mistakes will be made as we are human. If we send you the wrong item, size or color, then we will pay for you to send it back to us Guaranteed providing it is within 30 days from the invoice date.
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship out your order the next business day after we receive your order. Sometimes it will even ship the same day providing your order was placed early in the day. We strive to move your product in a prompt manner however, in the event your item(s) are backordered or out-of-stock shipping will be delayed. When shipping is delayed we will email or contact you by your contact information notifying you accordingly.
International Orders
We value each and every customer, domestic and international, and will do everything in our power to ensure a smooth transaction. We cannot be responsible for the shipment once it leaves our or our supplier’s hands. If you don’t receive your package, then email us and we will do our best to track and file a lost/damage claim on your behalf. Please contact us when you receive a damaged package and keep the damaged package for proof of damaged or lost items as this will assist in the claim process which we will file on your behalf. All international orders are required to have insurance on their shipment.
